New Delhi, June 9: Ram Jethmalani who was a strong supporter of Narendra Modi declared openly on Twitter yesterday regarding his friendship breakup over CVC appointment.
The issue arises over the appointment of former CBDT chairman K V Chowdary as CVV (Chief Vigilance Commissioner). According to Jethmalani, he is totally unfit for this position and also advised Modi through a letter earlier this month.
This is not the only reaction from Jethmalani. He also said that if situation will create and this appointment will be cleared by president, he will fight against Government in Supreme Court. In his letter addressed to Narendra Modi, he mentioned “Now we shall fight out in the Supreme Court and the court of the people of India. My diminishing respect for you ends now.”
Apart from this, in last month also Jethmalani wrote letter both to Pm and Rashtrapati Bhavan regarding the same issue. There also he clearly said to PM that with this my friendship will not end but it won’t go long.
