RIE CEE 2016- NCERT is conducting CEE 2016 for the centralized online admission process for the following Programmes, Candidates who have applied online within the prescribed dates, will be eligible for CEE 2016.

The Regional Institution of education has issued a notification to conduct common entrance exam for providing admission into B.Sc.B.Ed/B.Sc.Ed.Course. This course is professional and it aims at producing competent teachers of science and mathematics teaching at secondary level.

The candidates who have education qualification those submit their application from for the same before the last date. Hence, the candidates have to visit the official website at rieajmer.raj.nic.in

The institution has four branches in India and through this entrance exam, this RIE institute has filled the 240 seats for the coming academic year.

Entrance Examination Fee:

• For general/OBC category students Rs. 800/-
• For SC/ST category Students Rs. 400/-
• For PH of any category Students Rs. 400/-

Education Qualification:

Candidates seeking admission to Physical Science Group must have passed with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.

Candidates seeking admission to Biological Science Group (CBZ) must have passed Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (PCB) at +2 levels.

Candidates who have passed the qualifying examination up to two years back and appearing can apply.

Examination pattern:

The entrance examination will consist of two groups:

Group-A : B.Sc. B.Ed./B.Sc.Ed./B.A.B.Ed./B.A. Ed. / M.Sc.Ed.

Group-B Two Year B.Ed.

For both the groups, areas to be tested: Language Proficiency, Teaching Aptitude/Attitude, and Reasoning Ability.

Out of 80 questions, Language Proficiency in English 20 questions, Teaching Aptitude/Attitude 30 questions and Reasoning Ability 30.

Eligibility Criteria

For B.Sc.B.Ed/B.Sc.Ed:

• Senior Secondary/ Higher Secondary or Equivalent in Science(PCM/PCB)
• Duration: 4 years

For B.A.B.Ed:

• Senior Secondary/ Higher Secondary or Equivalent in Science/Commerce/Arts
• Duration: 4 years

For M.Sc.Ed:

• Senior Secondary/ Higher Secondary or Equivalent in Science Mathematics(PCM)
• Duration: 6 years

For B.Ed:

• Graduation or Equivalent in Science/Arts/ Engineering
• Duration: 2 years

For M.Ed

• Ed./B.A. B.Ed./ B.Sc.B. Ed./B.El.Ed./D.El.Ed
• Duration: 2 years

Selection Process:

Scoring will be done with 80% from entrance examination and 20% from following definitions of aggregate scores for B.Sc. B.Ed./ B.Sc. Ed./ B.A. B.Ed./ B.A. Ed. and M.Sc. Ed..

For two year B.Ed. only entrance examination score will be utilized.
