Hyderabad: Rudhramadevi Movie with a budget of 80 Crore managed to collect around 20 Cr in first day of release. Anushka Setty and Allu Arjun starrer Telugu movie released on 9th October 2015.
Guna Sekhar’s epic drama Rudhramadevi was released worldwide on October 9th in more number of screens. The movie has received positive response from viewers on the first day itself and definitely it may shake box office records.
Rudhramadevi is one of the biggest budget movie and much anticipated movie of the year. The film went on floors in 2013 and nearly it takes 3 years to complete the project. It is the prestigious project for Gunasekhar after continuous flops. The film has large amount of CG and VFX works and it is the first stereoscopic 3D film of Telugu right now.
The film has made with a budget of Rs. 80 crore and it has huge star cast include Anushka Shetty, Rana, Allu Arjun, Prakash raj, Krishnam Raju, Nithya Menen, Baba Sehgal, and Catherine Tresa. The advance bookings are done stunningly. As per reports, 90% bookings were done on first day itself and it has released in around 25000 screens all over world.
The first show of Rudhramadevi was held at Sri Ramulu Theatre in Moosapet in Hyderabad at 1.30 AM. As per trend reports, the movie may collected Rs. 20 crore plus on its first day itself if it get positive buzz from all.
