Chennai: Former cricketer of India, S Sreesanth is to play lead actor role in upcoming Tamil film. Now, cricketer cum pace bowler is going to act in movie of Kollywood.
Indian former cricketer and pace bowler S Sreesanth is going to act in Tamil Film very soon. The news was out recently and director himself announced the news regarding film with cricketer Sreesanth. As we know Sreesanth was banned from cricket for spot fixing cases in 2013 IPL.
Sreesanth was attended to the Patiala House Court on 25th July 2015. The movie will be directed by well-known person Sana Yadireddy and it will be made simultaneously in three languages like Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam.
The Director himself revealed the spicy news about the film and also said that the movie will go on floors in September and planning to complete it within six months. The movie will also be dubbed in 14 languages.
However Sreesanth Said, “I am very keen to accept the roles in south Indian movies to elevate other side of me. This is my debut film in South and I am feeling happy to work with big film maker like Sana Yadireddy. I am looking forward to act in more south Indian films”.
Director Yadireddy Says “Sreesanth is not only a good cricketer but also a nice dancer and have good acting skills. I had already seen his performance in many shows. When I narrated the story, Sreesanth loved it very much and immediately accepted my script. The film will be in the backdrop of cricket and love story”.
