Salman Khan’s ‘Hit and Run’ case has got all eye balls right now. The Hit and Run case in 2002 started once again on 18th of November. Salman Khan earlier refuted in Mumbai High Court that his driver Ashok Singh was the one who drove the car and he confessed this only towards the end of trial.

The prosecutor who was speaking on his arguments asked the justice not to show any leniency to Salman Khan and he requested the judge to provide at least five years of imprisonment.

He clearly argued that there were only three persons in the car. They are Salman Khan (who was driving), His bodyguard Ravindra Patil and Singer Kamaal Khan. Prosecutor also said the driver stories were absolutely rubbish. He said there was no driver or no Ashok Singh.

They also added in arguments that Salman was so drunk and the alcohol content was proved in a medical check-up next day. Justice A.R.Joshi said he will hear Salman’s prosecutor appeal on the next hearing.
