Mumbai: Salman Khan’s Hit and Run case in 2002 has started once again. Salman earlier refuted in Mumbai High Court that his driver Ashok Singh was the one who drove the car and he confessed this only towards the end of trial.

His Prosecutor Sandeep Shinde has said in court that singer Kamaal Khan was also with Salman Khan at that time. And he was not examined by prosecution as he went untraceable. The prosecution will soon file a complaint against Kamaal Khan and he will be examined soon.

Prosecutor also said Salman has appealed against his five year sentence. The prosecutor further said, “Kamaal is of British origin. He has appeared before magistrate and has sought permission to go out of India. The permission was granted and now he is vanished.

We could not locate his whereabouts.” However regarding Salman’s driver opposition prosecutor said Salman is just trying to escape by creating a fake person and he revealed that no one can keep a driver in duty for 13 long years who has also bought bad name.”
