People all over the country from commoners to celebrities have been participating The #SaluteSelfie campaign which was initiated by the Reliance Group to support the Indian Army.

69th Independence Day is approaching, people across the country are started to showing off their patriotic side even the celebrities of various fields are also started to show their gratitude. To support and thank the Indian Armed Forces Reliance group initiated a campaign with name #SaluteSelfie.

The #SaluteSelfie is a campaign to recognize the work of the Indian Army Forces, with this the whole nation has got the chance to show their appreciation towards guardians of our security. The Reliance group had chosen the platforms of leading social media networking sites Facebook and Twitter to spread the patriotic fever.

The campaign has received huge response from Indians, from a common man to celebrities are taking a part of this campaign to show their patriotic towards country. The first person to join in the campaign was Bollywood mega star Bib-B Amitabh Bachchan, he tweeted a selfie with a few lines from his father poetry.

Other celebrities of B-town including Shah Rukh Khan, Shahid Kapoor, Rishi Kapoor, Remo D’souza, Anil Kapoor and others were also shared their gratitude towards Indian Army. Prominent personalities from different fields are also participated in this campaign including Virender Sehwag, Asha Bhosle, Saina Nehwal and so on.
