Sanjay Leela Bhansali to Remake Subhash Ghai’s Khalnayak?

Mumbai: Subhash Ghai’s 1993 blockbuster film Khalnayak movie is expected to be remade by Sanjay Leela Bhansali with Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone and Priyanka Chopra.

Filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali has desire that he want to make a ‘Khalnayak’ film remake with Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone and Priyanka Chopra which is Subhash Ghai’s 1993 blockbuster film.

As per source, Bhansali has offered Rs. 7-9 crores to Ghai for remaking the film. Earlier Ghai, the rights of his film ‘Hero’ which has come in 1983’s at approximately Rs. 5-7 crores to Salman Khan as well as Karan Johar has been also sold ‘Ram Lakhan’ movie which has come in 1989 for Rs. 5 crores.

“Many producers have expressed their opinions regarding getting remake rights of ‘Khalnayak’ and Sanjay also asked the remake of this film” Subhash Ghai said. Ghai doesn’t get any suggestions for the cast of the remake film.

He also added that after selling the remake rights he will not interfere in it. On December 18th upcoming film of Bhansali directed film “Bajirao Mastani” will be screened in the theatres.

Till now many directors and producers have approached the Ghai to get the remake rides of “Khal Nayak”. All are willing to show that film with the different way to entertain and attract the people by using the latest technology, as per source.
