SBI Clerk Online Application Form 2016 – A notification of Junior Associates (Customer Support & Sales) and Junior Agricultural Associates in Clerical Cadre in State Bank of India has been released by SBI. Online Registration of Application and Payment of Fees: 05.04.2016 to 25.04.2016.

Applications are invited from eligible Indian Citizens for appointment as (i) Junior Associate (Customer Support & Sales) (ii) Junior Agricultural Associates in clerical cadre in State Bank of India. Candidates who are interested for these posts can apply for vacancies in one State and for one post only.

 Eligibility criteria:

Essential Academic Qualifications: (As On 30.06.2016)

(i) For Junior Associates: Applicant should have Graduation in any discipline from a recognised University or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government.

(ii) For Junior Agricultural Associates: Applicant should have Graduation in Agriculture or Agriculture allied activities from a Government recognised university/Institute.

Candidates those who are in the final Semester/ year of Graduation may also apply.  They have to produce proof of having passed the Graduation Examination on or before 30.06.2016 at the time of interview/joining.

Age Limit : (As on 01.04.2016): Age limit should not below 20 years and not above 28 years as on 01.04.2016 i.e candidates must have been born not earlier than 02.04.1988 and not later than 01.04.1996 (both days inclusive). Relaxation of Upper age limit will be applicable for reserved category candidates.

GUIDELINES FOR FILLING ONLINE APPLICATION:

Candidates will be required to register themselves online through Bank’s website www.statebankofindia.com or www.sbi.co.in. After registration candidates are required to pay the requisite application fee through online mode by using debit card/ credit card/Internet Banking.

Pre-requisites for Applying Online

An applicant should have a valid email ID which should be kept active till the declaration of results. It will help him/her in getting call letter/ advices etc. by email.

PAYMENT OF FEES: [ONLINE MODE ONLY]:

1. First Scan Photograph and Signature as per guidelines given in the notification.
2. Visit Bank’s website www.statebankofindia.com or www.sbi.co.in and open the Online Application Format, available in the ‘careers with us’ link.
3. Fill the application carefully. Once the application is filled in completely, submit the data. In the event of not being able to fill the data in one attempt, save the data already entered. When the data is saved, a registration number and password will be generated by the system and displayed on the screen. You can reopen the saved data using registration number and password and edit the particulars later, if needed. This facility will be available three times only. Once the application is filled in completely, submit the data. No change /edit will be allowed after submitting. The registration at this stage is provisional.
4. After submitting application form, now you are required to pay fees using debit card/ credit card/ Internet Banking.
5. On successful completion of the transaction, e-receipt and application form will be generated; which may be printed for record. The printout of the application form is not to be sent to the Bank.

GUIDELINES FOR SCANNING THE PHOTOGRAPH & SIGNATURE

Candidates upload photo and signature as specified. . In case the face in the photograph or signature is unclear, the candidate’s application may be rejected.
