Hyderabad, June 8: The High Court judgment for Section 8 has been rejected for Andhra Pradesh State Re-organization Act implementation. Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale, Justice S. V. Bhatt on Monday declared.

A case has been filed for the implementation of Andhra Pradesh State Reorganisation Act in the state under Section 8. Regarding this issue, judgment came and it is rejected by the leads of HC, Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale and Justice S. V. Bhatt. The officials on Monday declared that the petition is dismissed and no more actions should be taken as of now till neat judgment comes.

For the division bench, previously, a case was filed in regards to the jurisdiction of Telangana over Hyderabad. In regards to Andhra Association of Telangana, Veera Raghava Reddy took the place of petitioner and represented the Andhra people who are living in Telangana State.

The petition was made to not make the administration of law and order in Hyderabad under the control of DGP of Telangana. The association wants to get clarity and filed the case. But HC on Monday said that the Bench is to solve legal issues and not to give clarity. Stating this, the court dismissed the case yesterday.
