Mumbai: Bollywood star Shah Rukh donates Rs. 1 Cr to Tamil Nadu CM relief fund on the behalf of red chill entertainments and Dilwale team

Bollywood super star Shah Rukh Khan has donated Rs. 1 crore to Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Public Relief fund and he sent open letter to CM Jayalalitha from red Chillies entertainments. Shah Rukh Khan is well-known for responding on public issues quickly and once gain through this he himself proved as kind hearted.

He is the first biggie from Bollywood to donate huge amount on behalf of Red Chillies entertainment banner and Dilwale team. Already few super stars from all cine industries contributed huge amount of money to CM relief funds and now Shah Rukh joined in the list.

Shah Rukh in a letter to Tamil Nadu CM Jayalalitha mentioned that, “We are all deeply affected by the damage caused on the city of Chennai by the anger of nature. At the same time, the flexibility of the people of Chennai and the way in which the community has come together to help each other and face this difficulty is appreciable and makes us all feel proud”.

He also mentioned that, on the behalf of Dilwale team and red Chillies entertainment, we have to donate Rs 1 Cr to Chennai flood victims to CM relief fund. We appreciate massive effort undertaken by your government and everyone in Chennai, to deal with this calamity and we hope our contribution will help in a small way.
