Shah Rukh Khan Overtakes Indian PM Narendra Modi on Twitter

Mumbai: Shah Rukh Khan becomes second most followed Indian on Twitter after Amitabh Bachchan. With 16 million fans, SRK even crossed Narendra Modi.

Shah Rukh Khan is right now grabbing all the spot light for various reasons. His movie ‘Dilwale’ is releasing on December 18th and the First look teaser poster was released recently. It got an overwhelming response from fans.

The actor later spoke frankly that ‘Bajirao Mastani’ and his movie ‘Dilwale’ might suffer some collections as they are releasing on same day. Finally on his 50th birthday his comment on ‘Intolerance’ has grabbed all the attention. Now the actor has crossed Narendra Modi with number of followers on Twitter.

He has 16 Million followers and is now the second most followed Indian on a social networking medium. The first place goes to Amitabh Bachchan who sits at the top with 17.6 Million followers. Shah Rukh joined twitter with the account @iamsrk on January 3rd 2010.

Since then he has been one of the most regular user in the platform. He used to share his personal photos, movie memoirs, philosophical quotations, interaction with fans and so on.
