Two Days Shri Krishna Mahotsava 2015 Starts Today

Mathura: A two-day “Shri Krishna Mahotsava 2015” has been planned to be organised in the surroundings of Chandrodaya temple in Mathura to build and showcase a global cultural destination.

BJP MP Hema Malini, Convenor of Shri Krishna Mahotsava 2015 said to reporters that, this festival is aimed to motivate Indian culture and its global following. And the main purpose of celebrating this event is to attract international tourist.  The program will be on 25^th and 26^th April, 2015, and it is dedicated to farmers, the funds collected will be utilized to help farmers those who have suffered a lot in recent unfortunate rain and hailstorm.

The organizing team celebrated Lord Krishna’s birth place to encourage mythological and cultural significance. And the work at event is aimed to attract attention of audience from all over the world.

The mahotsava will be on 25^th April starting with pooja in the morning and it is open to the VIP and special guests during the day. The total program will also be telecasted on 17^th May, 2015 through a private general entertainment channel. This also celebrates the Baal Leela of Lord Krishna among 10,000-15,000 people for this year and for next year it is estimated for over 50,000.
