Chennai: Shruti Haasan, the daughter of Kamal Haasan praised her father after watching the great trailer launch of upcoming Tamil Thoongavanam movie starring Kamal and Trisha.

‘Thoongavanam’ has Kamal, Trisha, Kishore, Prakash Raj in lead roles. Apart from them Asha Sarath, Madhu Shalini, Yugee Sethu, Uma Riaz are also part of the cast. The trailer launch function took place on Wednesday evening and the event was made live to fans at the right time of announcement.

Shruti Haasan was the surprise guest at trailer launch. She attended launch in her usual style dressed in black with some funky hair style. Her waist line was exposed and she was looking beautiful. The actress who came to event was seated till the end.

As soon as the trailer was screened, actress was seen all smiles and was taken by surprise. Shruti expressed her happiness immediately by posting a selfie with her father and tweeted, “So proud of you appa !! #thoongavanam. Heavy metal runs in haasan blood!!!”

Gautami, Khushbu Sundar, Vishal, Prakash Raj in a late night party. The actress meanwhile expects release of ‘Puli’ on October 1st and she is also shooting for ‘Thala 56’. She is happy as three of her movies recently entered 100 Crore club from Kollywood and Tollywood.
