Chennai: Actor Siddharth completes his part of work on Chennai floods at Cuddalore. These are the 10 message he sent for everyone mentioning what is actually required for victims.
Actor Siddharth has made the rescue operations at Cuddalore after completing them at Chennai. He provided them with food and groceries. He also asked the media to keep calm as everything is fine. He said some ten points as a message to everyone from Cuddalore. He also asked them to send something materialistic apart from food. The ten points are listed below,
- Try to send more number of bedding and blankets, Mosquito coils, Match box and candles
- Send smaller trucks as the paths are narrow. Bigger trucks are struggling
- Identify groups that are addressing the hard to reach hamlets.
- Prioritize small villages away from main road.
- Do not use relief labels or banners on trucks. They be will be attacked.
- Find local teams that have police support.
- Do not send provisions unless you know where they will be cooked and served.
- Kindly avoid over supply. We need relief items and not food. We don’t have space to stock pile all the food items.
- Our team went to 15 villages. As media says they are drowning, starving, nothing happened. They are safe and happy.
- Avoid comments on the district of cuddalore. The city is perfectly fine. We are taking care of it.
