Chennai: Tamil film director SJ Surya is planning to direct Kushi movie sequel with actor Vijay, it is all about clash between married couple in which Vijay and Nayantara play in lead roles.

Actor Vijay seems to be a lot shattered right now. His latest release ‘Puli’ was already labeled as a ‘FLOP’ by critics and media analysts. The movie is consistently getting negative reviews. Adding more woes, the Income Tax raid has pushed this Kollywood actor down further.

With lots of negative buzz surrounding him, the actor seems so down. We hear from sources that the actor is right now taking a break from shooting of ‘Vijay 59’. Atlee directs the project. The movie is produced by Kalaipuli.S.Dhanu under ‘V’ creations banner.

Now amidst these entire negative buzz we have some interesting news to cheer fans up. Vijay’s next movie will be directed by S.J.Surya and the news is mostly confirmed now. SJ Surya also started the pre-production work for the project.

Nayantara will be pairing against Vijay in this project and A.M.Ratnam will fund this movie under his banner Sri Sai Raam creations. The interesting factor is this movie will be a sequel to ‘Kushi’. In ‘Kushi’, SJ Surya directed about the ego clash between lovers and in this project the movie will speak about clash between married couple.
