Telangana, June 24: TS government decided to set up integrated residential schools for orphan children to make them continue their studies even after 10th standard.

Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao in a meeting said that the Telangana government is going to set up some special schools for the orphan children for continuing studies after 10th class. In this plan, integrated residential schools will be built for which many of the candidates can get benefited. At Yadagirigutta, the first school of such plan will be implemented.

A noticeable point is that the President of India, Pranab Mukherjee is said to lay foundation stone on July 3 for this along with Telanganaku Haritha Haram program. Cabinet Sub-Committee is set up to take care of this process so that every child will get benefited.

Minister Pocharam Srinivas Reddy, K.T. Rama Rao, Dr. C. Laxma Reddy, Deputy Speaker M. Padma Devender Reddy, Chief Secretary Rajiv Sharma, Principal Secretary of CMO S. Narsing Rao, Commissioner of GHMC Somesh Kumar and others attended the meeting and examined scope for reservation to the children who are abandoned.

Mr. Rao at the meeting said that he would personally examine every orphanage condition, hostel facilities and other related things to start free education even after tenth standard.
