New Delhi, June 24: SpiceJet inducted first Airbus A320 Aircraft on Tuesday by Czech company CSA and it is Indira Gandhi International airport at around 7.40 PM.
Boeing, the US aircraft maker is into the Airbus making till now. This is the thing that is a way ahead to that, SpiceJet wet-leased first Airbus A320 on Tuesday and started their career towards this. The Airbus is set in its fleet and landed at Indira Gandhi International airport nearly by 7:40 PM yesterday. Officials said that the Gurgon-based airline is planning for one more Airbus by this month ending.
Reports from officials say that these Airbuses will be deployed on the metro routes and clearly mentioned that they are wet-leased for a period of 3 months. They offer flight, cabin crew, and insurance and maintenance costs for their customers.
SpiceJet till today is depending on Boeing’s narrow body B737s and Canadian Bombardier Q400. But now they are into their own work process by inducting the First Airbus A320 yesterday. It is also said that Boeing 737 which are currently used by SpiceJet will be replaced with Airbus Planes.
SpiceJet is now set into its own market and became independent with the induction of their first Airbus A320 that is leased from Czech Airlines.
