Sri Divya is one of the lucky actresses to have two releases this year. To her luck, both the movies were labeled as a success. Initially, she had ‘Kaaki Sattai’ by February and later she was seen in ‘Eeti’. Both the roles were completely contrasting to each other and she did them to perfection.
The actress did a wonderful role in ‘Eeti’ and she is getting good critical reception for her performance. The actress in her recent interview said, “I am glad that I got good reception for ‘Eeti’. We have worked a lot for the movie. Director Ravi Arasu was training me to adapt to a body language.
The movie released soon after Chennai was back on its legs. Even though I am from Andhra, my heart is in Chennai and that is the reason why I contributed a sum of Rs.10 lakhs for flood relief measures. I am so happy to see the involvement of volunteers who helped Chennai to get back on the feet.
I am right now acting in ‘Kashmora’ and remake of ‘Bangalore Days’. Both the movies are in various stages of pre-production. I will never ever do glamour. If the script demands it, I will politely ignore it.”
