Chennai: Veteran actress Sridevi is angry towards upcoming Tamil movie Puli makers for chopping her scenes due to excess running time in which Vijay, Shruti Haasan and Hansika are lead roles.
Vijay’s Puli is one of the most anticipated movies and everyone knows that the Tamil film releases on October 1st. As days are closing by, the team is busy with dubbing and VFX works. Once they completed, the VFX works, they are planning to start the promotions.
Shruti Haasan, Hansika are the two female leads. Thambi Ramiah, Robo Shankar, Imman Annachi, Prabhu, Nandita Swetha, Sudeep are part of the cast. Veteran actress Sridevi is doing a substantial role as Queen. She even rejected ‘Baahubali’ and accepted ‘Puli’. So expectations were high on her role.
But recently when she came to know that, the team has chopped most of her portions she has got furious and angry on the team. She even had a hot debate with the Producers Shibu Thameens and PT Selvakumar. Chimbudeven tried to convince her that excess running time might affect movie’s result, but that doesn’t make her to calm down.
Now the actress demands more wages as she dubs in all three languages. This has shocked the entire team of ‘Puli’. Meanwhile the team has started promotions with paper ads. Sridevi is just venting her anger to her close friends that ‘Puli’ team has wasted her dates as her role is minimal now.
