SSC CGL 2016 Notification Tier I Online Application Form

The Combined Graduate Level (CGL) Tier 1 2016 notification (No. 3/1/2016–P&P-I.) is available on the SSC website. As per notification, Staff Selection Commission will hold the Combined Graduate Level Examination, 2016 (Tier-I) on SUNDAY the 8 th & 22nd May, 2016 and if necessary, on subsequent Saturdays/Sundays, in different batches, for selecting candidates for Tier-II examination. CGL Ter 2 exam will take place on August 13 and August 14.

The SSC CGL Examination 2016 is for filling up different categories of posts in various Ministries/ Departments/ other government organizations. The posts are filled according to the vacancy shown by respective departments.

Before applying for these posts, an aspirant has to check the eligibility criteria as per post applying. Generally for all posts the Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University or Institute is the minimum qualification asked. For some posts it may varied. So, we advised you to check the detailed notification and submit the application form. Selection of candidates for various posts under CGL will be done through three stages. i.e Tier-I, Tier-II and Tier III.
