Supreme Court To Consider Bail For JNU Student Kanhaiya Kumar

CONTROVERSIES IN EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS..

In recent times the Educational Institutions that too Top Universities in the country are seen in scenario where the political leader’s interference and controversies are taking place.

The Jawaharlal Nehru University in New Delhi is creating the News Headlines for the past 2 days. A 28-year old JNU’s Student Cheif, Mr.Kanhaiya Kumar was arrested on Friday,9^th of Feb-2016  with the charges of making Anti-National comments in an University event.

The arrest took twists when the accused is being brought to the court. A group of Lawyers had attacked him by hitting him and shouting slogans against him. Even the Supreme court had commented that the lawyers have stoop down to such a low level.

Meanwhile the court has sent Mr.Kumar for a judicial remand till March 2^nd,2016.

The charges were denied by Mr.Kumar in the court.
