Boarder cities of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh have become the TS EAMCET exam centers for students those who belongs to coastal Andhra districts and Rayalaseema region. 42, 106 candidates from Andhra Pradesh region have applied for Telangana Eamcet 2015 (under Engineering and Medical streams) entrance examination and have chosen their examination centers from Telangana border regions only.
Cities like Khammam, Warangal, Kodad and Kothagudem were the choice of students from coastal Andhra districts while Mahabubnagar and Wanaparthy were picked up by students from Rayalaseema region. Professor Ramana Rao said that the details of examination centers will be sent to candidates to their registered mobile numbers.
About TS EAMCET
T-Eamcet Convener N.V. Ramana Rao said that, compared to last year, this year more number of AP students opted TS examination centers for their travel and connectivity reasons. This year, T-EAMCET received 2, 26,994 applications for both engineering and Medical streams of which 42,106 applications boys/ girls are from Andhra Pradesh region. This number of applicants may increase from both the states as there is a chance of applying till the examination date with late fee.
All the students who applied for Telangana EAMCET should note that the examination will be held on 14th May and the hall tickets can be downloaded from May 8th onwards.
AP EAMCET Insights
AP Eamcet application last date ended on April 11th. A total of 1.67 applications received for engineering and 82,000 for Agriculture and Medical streams. Among total applications, 8,353 candidates applied for engineering and 11,813 for Medical Stream from Telangana region.
