Mumbai: Imtiaz Ali directed, Sajid Nadiadwala produced Tamasha movie starring Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone is getting good collections from Multiplexes and Metro Cities.

‘Tamasha’ was one of the expected romantic comedies in Bollywood. The movie is directed by Imtiaz Ali and it is produced by Sajid Nadiadwala. Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone are doing lead roles. The movie after some extensive promotions got released on last Friday.

A.R.Rahman’s tunes were already a hit material. The movie opened to mixed response and the theatre occupancy was less than 50%. But the weekend had a sudden jump and famous trade analyst, Taran adarsh has tweeted, the movie has seen a growth of 21%.

The trade analyst tweeted,

So based on his reports, it is obvious that, the movie is doing well even at overseas and this movie has provided the much needed break through for Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone.
