Chennai: A case was filed against top Tamil Director Cheran and his daughter who created a new trend in Tamil Industry with their business C2H for issuing a bounced cheque to their business customers.

One of the top directors in Tinsel twn Cheran has created a new trend in industry by launching his recent business C2H-Cinema2Home, which is started with a propose to take video discs directly to audience’s home.

The director has sold nearly Twenty-five lakh DVD’s of his recent movie JK Enum Nanbanin Vaazhkai starring Sharwanand, Nithya Menen in lead roles through distributors all over the Tamil Nadu State. The film will not have a theatrical release he released this with C2H and did a great business for this and also received great response from the audience.

Director Cheran’s daughter is taking the charge of this business. As per latest information a case filed against director and his daughter as the cheque given by them was bounced.

As per sources, they issued a cheque worth of Rs.80, 000 to an agency, which is involved in their business, but the cheque was bounced due insufficient amount. When the agency informed about this to director Cheran, he asked them for four days’ time to arrange the amount but the cheque was bounced again.

So, one of the customers of his business has filed a case on director Cheran and his daughter for issuing bounced cheque. Both have to appear on court on September 30, 2015.
