Russian president Vladimir Putin said that it was definitely back stabbing to them and warned to Turkey that bilateral relationships will be very serious. Russia added that their flight was not entered into the airspace of Turkey by crossing the Syria border.

The Ministry of Defence of Russian stated that the situations of why the flight destroyed were searching and SU-24 rescue flight of Turkey was attacked from the earth with bombs so that their flight was collapsed in Syria territory.

Turkey notated that has denied the allegations of Russia and many times they gave warnings to the Russia but don’t care about the words of them. Russia also added that two pilots have jumped with a parachute from the flight before their plane has been burned.

Rami Abdur Rahaman who is leader of Syria Human Rights Organization said that the rescue plane of Russia has been collapsed at Turkman mountain areas. On the other hand, NATO has called to a rare meeting.
