UPSC IAS 2016 Exam Dates Notification & Application Form

UPSC IAS 2016 Exam Dates are announced by Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). The commission has scheduled the Date of Civil Services Exam (Preliminary) on 07th August 2016 and Civil Services Exam (Mains) is on 03rd December 2016.

The IAS (Indian Administrative Services) exam is marked as a category ‘A’ government service which is a highly special and a respected government service. The Indian Adminstrative Services is special post as it deals with smooth functioning of law and order without any obstruction. As this a a high position and special job, Every year lakhs of aspirants from each corner of India apply for admission into IAS.

 The IAS 2016 exam is a paper-pen based competitive exam ie. CSE (Civil Service Examination) held every year. The exam is directed by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). The exam is as a common aptitude test for other civil services exams like IFS, IPS, Group A and Group B central services. Candidates who want to appear in IAS 2016 prelims exam and have graduation degree in any stream from a well recognized University/Institute.
