Vikram Prabhu to work on Kumki 2

Chennai: Tamil actor Vikram Prabhu is looking for the Kumki 2 Sequel which will be directing by Prabhu Solomon. Vikram once again seen as lead actor in this project.

Vikram Prabhu is the grandson of Legendary actor Shivaji Ganesan and son of actor Prabhu. He made his debut in the Kollywood industry through Kumki. Prabhu Solomon directed the movie. D. Imman composed music. The song Ayyayayo Aanandhame was a huge success.

The movie featured Vikram Prabhu, Lakshmi Menon in lead roles. Actors like Thambi Ramaiah, Ashwin Raja, Joe Malloori, Junior Balaiah, Sreejit Ravi and Yaar Kannan did crucial roles. Most of the movie were shot in the dense forest of Kerala and Karnataka.

The movie got huge success and now Prabhu Solomon has planned to direct Kumki 2. Currently, he is working with Dhanush in Rail. The patch work shooting was completed recently and the team is right now working on the post-production work. Once he completes, he will start the ground work for ‘Kumki 2’.

We hear from sources that Vikram Prabhu will once again do the lead role in the sequel. Vikram Prabhu recently completed shooting for ‘Wagah’ and ‘Veera Sivaji’. So this might be his new project.
