Will Eating Walnuts Lower Heart Disease Risk?

A new study claimed that tree nuts such as walnuts who will take daily 60 grammes chance to come out from the risk of cardiovascular disease. Michelle Falk from Life Science Research Organization in US conducted a systematic review and test 61 trails.

After examine this test, finally he found that the tree nuts will be used to control the cholesterol, LDL cholesterol, triglycerides and ApoB. These key factors are used to evaluate the risk of cardiovascular disease.

Researchers said that investigation was finished on walnuts in 21 of the 61 trails; other nuts may not review like this study. Falk also added that their study results further support the tree nuts for growing the body of research on walnuts; it can help the people by reducing the cardiovascular diseases.

“Tee nuts having includes an essential nutrient such as unsaturated fats, vitamins, protein and minerals, here walnut is the one which is having an important amount of alpha-linolenic acid” added Falk.

More than two decades research has been on walnuts that shown these nuts can help lower cardiovascular risk factors by decreasing LDL cholesterol by 9-16 percent. In addition walnuts also provide protein and convenient source for giving omega-3s.
