World’s Cheapest Smartphone, Freedom 251 deliveries will start from July 7th. At last, the company has started its business.
On Tuesday ie., today the cheapest smartphone provider Ringing Bells sent out invitations to the media for the launch event on July 7th held at the Lalit in Barakhamba Road, New Delhi where they will unveil Freedom 251 smartphone.
Ringing Bells CEO and Managing Director, Mohit Goel will also unveil the company’s new HD LED TV and a range of smartphones.
After much twists and turns at least the much hyped cheapest smartphone will be delivered to the booked customers immediately after the launch event. Along with this the company also plans to introduce some of the costliest phones and LED TVs with the logo.

Goel has stated that they are trying to meet the Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi for requesting the incentives under the Make in India programme.
The company has received nearly 7 crore registrations in the month of February 2016. The server was crashed due to the heavy web traffic. The company declared that the handsets will be declared by June 30. But due to some problems, the company could not do so. Around 25 lakh Freedom 251 phones are in stock waiting for the delivery. According to Goel, a loss of Rs 140 to Rs 150 per handset will be incurred which will be recovered in the large volume sales.
The company will also launch 32-inch HD LED TV set will be launch with a cost less than Rs 10,000.
