Andhra Pradesh: YSR congress party President, Jagan Mohan Reddy is to start a 3 day bus yatra from April 15th to 17th in order to interact with framers across AP and to discuss on Godavari and Krishna irrigation projects.
President of YSR congress party, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is to launch a three day bus yatra from April 15th to 17th to interact with framers across Andhra Pradesh and to discuss about status of pending irrigation projects of Godavari and Krishna rivers.
YSRCP deputy floor leader Jyothula Nehru informed to reporters in Assembly about details of yatra and called upon everyone to join the tour. Nehru informed that this will begin on 15th April from Rajahmundry at Godavari Barrage. And Jagan will meet several formers at Dowleswaram and Kovvur in Rachhabanda Programme as said earlier.
All MLAs and MPs of YSR congress party will also take a part in this yatra. On the same day, Jagan will visit future sites of Polavaram and Pattiseema projects. He will interact with several farmers over irrigation project and also go with local, youth leaders and others to discuss about pending projects and others.
“Several projects taken up during the rule of late Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy are in final stages of completion but the State is neglecting them now”, Mr. Nehru said. This tour aimed at understanding the troubles of the farmers.
Apart from it, Jagan would visit Godavari barrage on 15th April to offer prayers to Pushkara deity. He will visit Krishna Barrage on 16th April to interact with formers at Rachabanda programme. Rayalseema region will be covered on 17th April it seems.
