Embryo Brain Development Tool – The new tool which is used to track the Embryo’s brain development in 3D has been developed by the researchers and useful to understand the brain better in humans. Several cells have made by the researchers in the embryo glow with fluorescent proteins for acting as a maker.

Researchers have developed a new open source software which is help track the embryonic movement and development of neuronal cells in 3D via the body of the worm. In these researchers, Indian origin is also one of the members.

“The Embryo Brain Development Tool will be helpful for understanding brain development better in humans”, Researchers said. Scientists identified an essential number of proteins which are determined how neurons navigate at the time of brain formation. This is largely not known that how all of these proteins interact in a living organism.

Caenorhabditis Elegans (C elegant) has been chosen by Researchers because it has only 302 neurons and it forms 222 in the worms at the embryo state. Among all neurons some of those will go to the worm nerve and also extend along the ventral nerve cord that is broadly related to the spinal cord in humans.

Christensen said that these features can help scientists for understanding how certain cells develop into neurons and differentiate the other kind of cells.
