Veteran actress Sri Devi proved her talent in acting and entertained the audience in all the Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada movies. She entered the film industry as a child actress and sustained in the industry for so many years. But after 1997 Sri Devi took a long gap from movies. However, she made a re-entry with English Vinglish in 2008 which became a hit. After that, the beautiful actress is choosy about the roles she plays. Her next film Puli became a disaster which disappointed her fans. Now again after some gap, she is coming back with a thriller movie titled as Mom under the direction of Ravi Vadayar.

Her beloved husband Boney Kapoor is bankrolling this project with Sunil Manchanda, Naresh Agarwal, Gautam Jain and Mukesh Talreja. As the veteran actress has fan-following in all the industries she acted, the movie is going to get released in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil languages. Now the filmmakers planned to release the Malayalam dubbed version in the Mollywood. The dubbing works will get completed rapidly, and the film will hit the silver screens grandly by July 7th. Keeping Sridevi aside, Akshaye Khanna, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Abhimanyu Singh, Sajal Ali are playing vital roles in the movie, and veteran music composer A.R.Rahman is composing the tunes.
