Akkineni Nageswara Rao (ANR) will be seen in Nagarjuna upcoming flick Om Namo Venkatesaya directed by K Raghavendra Rao. Confused? Though ANR has passed away few years back, still he is alive in millions of hearts. Nagarjuna is currently doing another devotional film OM Namo Venkatesaya after Annamayya and Sri Rama Dasu.

Fans are keenly waiting for the film and very soon it will come to the screens. Om Namo Venkatesaya is a story of Hathiram Baba who is a devotee of Lord Balaji. Directed by Raghavendra Rao, the movie is producing by Mahesh Reddy under AMR Sai Krupa Entertainments.

Kanche Fame Pragya Jaiswal has been roped in to play opposite Nagarjuna and Anushka Shetty will be seen in a role of Krishnamma. Already Anushka Shetty first look posters from Om Namo Venkatesaya released and grabbed the attention of all. Coming to the details, team of Om Namo Venkatesaya is planning to take ANR on screen again.

Latest buzz is that ANR will be seen for more than 3 minutes in the film. Through animations, makers are recreating ANR’s role. Green mat work has been already completed and graphics part is pending. This is the great news for Akkineni fans and it is going to be a visual treat when we will see ANR on screen.

ANR last movie was Manam and he did a great job in the film. The first look posters of Om Namo Venkatesaya showed Nagarjuna in a new look with grown beard and long hair. Earlier he played lead roles in Annamaya, Rama Dasu and Shirdi Sai and all the films stood as blockbuster hits at box office.
