New Delhi: Recently approved Delhi Higher Education and Skill Education Guarantee Scheme will be named as ‘Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Higher Education and Skill Education Guarantee Scheme’ as mark of respect to former President of India.
The Aam Aadmi Party government has recently approved the higher education and skill education guarantee scheme, which provides Rs.10 lakh bank loan to students to get admissions in colleges at capital city. Students who seek an admission in skill development course or diploma or degree course at capital city are eligible to be benefited with this scheme. Students who will also wishing to take an admission at IITs and polytechnic colleges are also applicable for this scheme.
The Chief Minister of Delhi Arvind Kejriwal has announced that, Skill education scheme for students will be named as ‘Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Higher Education and Skill Education Guarantee Scheme’ as a mark of respect to honorable leader of Mother India.
Missile man APJ Abdul Kalam was died on Monday during a lecture at IIM-Shillong, many of political personalities paid tributes to him, AAP led Arvind Kejirwal is also paid his tributes to people’s president Kalam and announced that, recently approved skill education scheme for students will be mention with former president name APJ Abdul Kalam, for his extraordinary teaching and inspiration for the youth and School Children.
Delhi Government has also removed the several banners against Prime Minister Narendra Modi as mark of respect to Kalam’s death.
