Japan: Misao Okawa, the oldest person in the world celebrated her 117th birthday in Japan and died today in the morning.
She lived in Osaka and died around 7:00 AM in the local time. She is mother of three, grandmother of four and great-grandmother of six.
She is the one among the persons, who took birth in the 19th Century and was born on 5th March, 1898.
When World War I broke out, she is at teens and at 70s during the first moon landing.
She was into World’s Guinness records at the age of 114 and made a record of being the oldest woman on globe.
Sakari Momoi is the oldest man (112) and do belongs to Japan and it is known for the longevity of its people.
According to the health ministry report in Japan, the life expectancy for woman was 86.61 which are longest in the world. And the second was a woman from Hong Kong.
It was 80.21 for men in Japan which is the fourth longest and belongs. The first three belongs to Hong Kong, Iceland and Switzerland.
After the death of Misao Okawa (117), American Gertrude Weaver (116) is considered as the oldest person in the world.
