India has nearly 98 smart cities such as Vishakapatnam, Tirupati, Port Blair, Pasighat, Kakinada, Guwahati, Bhagalpur and Muzaffarpur etc. Another city now days is being called as “Amaravati smart city” is ready to get included in smart cities list.
Andhra Pradesh CM Nara Chandra Babu Naidu has taken it as a prestigious issue that to make Amaravati as a smart city. Recently, real estate venture also became popular around Amaravati. At this time, everybody focus on AP’s capital, assumptions also widespread among citizens as well as investors regarding how the city will form, size and appearance. Andhra Pradesh has a lot of advantage compare to other states in India because it has good resources from initial stage.

Chief Minister N. Chandra Babu Naidu has convinced all land owners to support to build a capital. Totally, 33, 000 acres land has been taken under land pooling system. CM gave guarantee to all land owners by giving some amount every year and plots.
