Vijayawada: AP Government has passed a rule that each and every person who drives bike need to have helmet as compulsory, otherwise they will be fined.
Every bike or two wheeler rider knows the importance of the Helmet. It gives lot of protection to the head which is also one of the main organs for every human. Recently, Andhra Pradesh government gave a statement that everyone who is using two wheeler vehicles should wear helmet.
Recently, in cabinet meeting AP Government has deferred date of making wearing of helmet compulsory for two wheeler vehicles to 1st January. According to the Supreme Court orders Andhra Pradesh government initially has decided to implement wearing helmet compulsory for all two wheeler vehicle owners from Nov 1st.
Due to the non availability of ISI mark helmets in the market, cabinet taken a decision yesterday that it would be better to defer 1st Jan 2016. Last night, in Chairmanship of Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Nidu’s Presence the cabinet has been taken this decision of it.
Generally, in market there is no quality helmets with ISI mark so that vehicle riders also not interested to buy such type of products. Now, government is going to mandatory this one so that all are looking for buying helmet.
“Government is also thinking to provide all good helmets to people for giving protection to them” sources said. Sources also said that if government provide the helmets with lower cost with quality everyone will show the interest to buy it.
