Chennai: Puli movie that is released could not satisfy all the audience and the Tamil cinema distributors are continuing their sadness for this Vijay’s fantasy movie.

‘Puli’ right from the start is facing a bad time. The trailer became the most disliked trailer in South India. Before the movie release, there was a hiccup and premiere shows were cancelled. But despite everything the movie was expected to do well.

The distributors who bagged the movie also thought that the movie will do well. But after the first show at 11:30am, there were frown faces and disappointments. Social media vented their rage with memes and trolls. Distributors were shell-shocked with this.

They expected to get the maximum as this is also Quarterly Holidays period. But the crowd has diminished all of a sudden. A video of Vijay fans walking out of theatre while movie is running is going viral. The distributors now plan to ask actor Vijay for some reimbursement.

The distributors also look forward to next week releases. Their hopes rest on Anushka’s ‘Rudhramadevi’ right now. Vikram’s ’10 Endrathukulla’ is next big release and the movie is releasing on 21st of October. Let’s keep our fingers crossed.
