The governments of India and China are going to set up for the largest border first talk under Modi government of BJP. It is said that the meeting will be taking place next week.
State Councillor Yang Jiechi, China’s top diplomat is travelling to New Delhi in next week for the 18th round of talks on the boundary question. It is expected that the both teams may soon finalize the Yang’s visit. Beijing officials are expecting that the Monday and Tuesday to be the possible dates.
China’s Special Representative, Yang on his meet with Ajit Doval, the National Security Adviser will also meet PM Modi to discuss the topic.
It will be one year for May 26 that the PM took his charge; he said that before this day only Modi will make his first visit to China as PM.
When Yang met NSA Shivshankar Menon before a year, the discussions on this were gone in New Delhi. Previously only, Yang decided to travel for Delhi in order to finish the 18th round of talk. They are lots of expectations after Modi winning the elections (Two strong leaders, one from Delhi and other from Beijing).
President Xi has accumulated power rapidly over the party, military before taking the position as President in the month of March 2013.
Party-run Global Times is cautioned previously that nothing will happen without India making a concession in the eastern sector. In this prospective, China is to claim 90,000 sq km in Arunachal Pradesh. Similarly, India would expect concessions in the western sector, viewing China as occupying at least 38,000 sq km in Aksai Chin.
Fortunately, there are no disputes but resolving the factors for western, middle and eastern sectors.
