Hyderabad, June 13: Private Engineering colleges managements and JNTU Hyderabad tied up, decided to commence B.Tech admissions through EAMCET counseling to start from July 6.

 JNTU Hyderabad academic schedule for engineering students to study B.Tech is planned and approved by the State Government. Green signal is given as the High Court proposed for the commencement of admissions. On Friday, Justice Ramalimgeswar Rao passed orders regarding the admission procedure and class schedules dates.

Several private engineering colleges filed petitions and complaints were given for deficiencies in the colleges. All college managements are said to find the mistakes and deficiencies and rectify them as soon as possible. The team asked a time period of 2 days. If the appealed things of JNTU are not notified, the college will not be in the list of admissions for academic year 2015-2016.

As 2 days of time is not sufficient to rectify the mistakes, the college management requested for atleast 30 days. They said that this is a veiled threat by JNTU in the garb of notice. HC ordered that EAMCET counseling for engineering students should start from July 6 so that it can be finished by July 30. It strictly notified that classroom work should be started from August 1 without any failure.

Justice Ramalingeswar Rao as in the stream to deal with this counseling process, he reminded the managements, university and the State Government about the orders of Supreme Court and said that everything will go in a right manner.

As the process of engineering admissions will start from July 6, the colleges are said to file appeals by June 20. In this regard, the appellate committee will finalize all the appeals that are received by July 27. In the statement itself, it is included that first phase of counseling shall be on July 6, second phase on July 13, and third or final phase on July 20. Complete EAMCET counseling process will be finished by July 30 and classes are scheduled from August 1.
