Superstar Rajinikanth much anticipated film Kabali is finally released on July 22 among huge expectations worldwide. Fans are crazy about Superstar and finally the movie got mixed response on day 1. Because of getting huge expectations, the movie is little bit failed to catch the hype, but no one can stop Rajini mania. The movie has been released in more than 4000 screens all over the globe along with UAE, US and UK. The advance bookings and premiere show booking sin overseas were sold out like a hot cake. According to the latest reports, all most 100% occupancy registered in many areas on opening day.
Rajini starrer got a huge hype before the release. Superstar was seen in an old don avatar and the official teaser and first look raised expectations on the film. In Chennai and Bangalore also many corporate offices announced holidays due to Kabali release. Rajinikanth’s younger look in flashback drop is the main highlight in the film.

Coming to Kabali 1st day collections, reports said that it has minted approximately 12 crores from Tamil version itself. Hindi version had earned nearly 13 crores on 1st day. Telugu version earned 4 crores and Malay version got 2 cores on day 1. So overall In India only it has collected approximately 28 to 32 crores on first day.
Now in overseas, the movie has released in record number of screens in UAE, US and UK. In USA, the film beats the collections of Baahubali ($1,382,076) and Lingaa ($404,566). The total box office earning in US is nearly 1.28 crore on first day. In Dubai and gulf areas it got 1.4 crore rupees.
Overall Kabali First Day Collections should be approximately 50 Crores across the globe and stood as al time biggest opener of the year.
