KKHS Open University UG and PG Session 2016-17 Admission Notification has been released today.

Krishna Kanta Handiqui State Open University, KKHS Open University UG and PG Session 2016-17 Admission Notification has been released today. has announced the Admissions into the Bachelor’s Degree /Diploma Programmes. The admissions were already commenced and they have been extended up to 14/08/2016 without fine and up to 31.08.2016 with fine fees.

KKHS Open University Admission to Master’s Degree/PG Diploma Programmes will start from 01/08/2016 and shall continue up to 31/08/2016 without fine and up to 15/09/2016 with fine fee payment.

The Master Programmes include MA in Assamese, Applied Economics, Economics, Education, English, Political Science, Sociology, Master’s in Mass Communication (MMC), Master’s Business Administration (MBA) and Masters in Computers.

Post Graduate Diploma Programmes in Computer Application (PGDCA), Business Management (PGDBM), Tourism and Hospitality Management (PGDTHM), Human Resource Management (PGDHRM), Broadcast Journalism (PGDBJ), and Mass Communication (PGDMC).

PGDCA, PGDBM, PGDMC are modular programs and learners having obtained these diplomas are eligible for lateral admission in the third semester of respective Master’s programmes.

Bachelor’s Programmes in Arts (BA), Pass & Major, Commerce (B.Com), Business Administration (BBA), Mass Communication (BMC) and Computer Application (BCA) are also offered.

Diploma Programmes in Journalism & Mass Communication (DJMC), Assamese Journalism (DAJ), Tourism Management (DTM), Hotel Management (DHM), Creative writing in English (DCWE), Computer Hardware and Networking (DCHN), Library and Information Science (DLIS), Computer Application (DCA) and Sanskrit Learning (DSL) are offered.

For admission into the above-stated programs, the fees shall be submitted through Bank Challan only as mentioned in the Prospectus.
