The whole city of Chennai is on its knees as the unprecedented rains and floods have shocked the whole city. People along with Army, Navy and NDRF are rescuing as much as they can.

But still the death toll has been rising all the time. As rains are staying away, the situation has been eased little now. Due to this situation, lots of other states have came forward for support. Karnataka Chief Minister Siddharamiah already announced a relief fund of Rs.5 Crores as a humanitarian gesture.

Now Maharashtra extends complete support to Tamil Nadu Government. Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis has said, “We stand with the people of Tamil Nadu during one of the worst times ever.”

It has to be noted that already funds are being collected from all sides and the rescue operations are also carried out in each and every corner of the city. Right now, for people of Chennai, it’s all about battling for life and Survival!
