Latest buzz is that initially Superstar Rajinikanth is considered as Mahesh Babu father in Brahmotsavam and due to few reasons makers had changed him.

Rajinikanth has earlier done films with Mahesh’s father and superstar Krishna. They have worked together for Telugu super hit films like “Ram Robert Rahim” (1980), which was the remake of the Hindi film “Amar Akbar Anthony” and “Annadammula Savaal” (1978), which was the remake of the Kannada film “Sahodarara Savaal”. Now as buzz Rajinikanth as Mahesh father on cards for Brahmotsavam.

PVP admits Casting was the biggest challenge his Team faces in the case of ‘Brahmotsavam’. ‘Initially, we prepared a photo album to figure out which actors should approach based on the character sketch & age factor. For the role of Mahesh’s Father, Rajinikanth and Mohan Lal were considered. But, I felt Satyaraj would be apt and finalized him,’ he shares.

The Dynamic Producer wishes to earn the reputation Vijaya & Vahini enjoyed in olden days for his production house, PVP Cinemas.
