A restaurant is sued for serving deadly pancakes to a teenage boy. The family sued the restaurant for this incident where they have visited Minnesota Nice Cafe last June to have a weekend breakfast.

The family consists of four children in which Scott Johnson, 16 year old is the one who died due to allergy. His mother said that the boy has this since birth and intake must be carefully done to avoid risk of life.

When went to restaurant, the mother, Cindy Johnson asked for the gluten, dairy free pancakes. The server checked and told that they are available. In order to avoid cross contamination, the pancakes that are prepared for Scott should be neatly done by cleaning the grill.

Scott ate those pancakes unfortunately which are not prepared according to his allergic conditions. As a bad moment, he forgot to bring EpiPen and nebulizer which would help him to fight against the emergency allergy reaction. Cindy called 911 as they reached home (No medicine was working). Doctor told “He had suffered such a severe anaphylactic reaction, his heart had failed”. And Scott died three days later.

As a result of this, the family sued the restaurant for supplying deadly pancakes to their son, Johnson Scott.
