Premam Telugu Movie Review

Premam movie Story

Premam movie showcases the life of man going through various phases. The film is all about a life of a person which deals with fun, romance and pain. The emotions of a person like infatuation, fun, love, romance, pain of losing love all are showed in an interesting way. This is a beautiful musical romantic drama with a lot of emotions.

Director Chandoo took the script from Malayalam director and he did few changes to the story according to the Telugu audience taste. The climax may be a little bit changed in Telugu version.

As we know, the story starts with a school going boy Naga Chaitanya is trying to pursue a school going girl Anupama Parameswaran. The funny and romantic scenes between them showed well. The cinematography was good and the cameraman showed the extraordinary visuals in village backdrop in a brilliant way. The infatuation is common at school age and the director showed in a nice way.

Now, the film moved to the college days. Naga Chaitanya again fell in love with his teacher Shruti Haasan and again they both break up each other.  After the breakup with Shruti Hassan, he felt so bad and still he is in that mood for many days. However, he settled in his life slowly, again another girl Madonna Sebastian entered into his life and unfortunately he gets breakup with her too. Here is the twist, finally both are married or not is the rest of the story.

Coming to the direction, Chandoo Mondeti handled the movie well without disturbing the original flavor. His direction is crispy and nice. Naga Chaitanya performed at his best and the female lead actors Shruti, Anupama and Madonna put maximum effort and did a justice for their roles.

The music of the film plays a major role. The music composed by Gopi Sunder and Rajesh Murugan were fantastic and they nailed it. All Songs and especially BGM came well in many portions. The interesting thing is Venkatesh was seen in a role of Naga Chaitanya’s father in the movie.

Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao editing, Karthik cinematography, and rich production values made Premam Telugu movie a worth watchable.
