- The budget which is planned is very higher when compared to past years of about Rs 60,100 crores.
- Rae Bareli coach factory is about to manufacture 10 more coaches in this year and second phase of factory might be commissioned as well.
- There will be increase in passenger fares both in general and A/C compartments.
- Planning to have a separate Indian Railways Station Development corporation to have a grip over the stations on the way with the equal consumption of airports.
