Symbiosis International University (SIU), Pune has released the exam dates for Symbiosis Ph.D. Entrance Test (PET).The exam is scheduled to be held in the month of May 2016. SIU SET will be held on Saturday, May 07, 2016 at various examination centers.
Candidates who had successfully registered for the exam can check the SIU PET exam dates 2016 to take part in the exam. SIU PET is conducted for taking admission to Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) programs offered in Law, Management, Computer Studies, Media, Communication and Design, Health and Biomedical Sciences, Humanities and Social Sciences and Engineering disciplines for the session 2016.
Eligibility Criteria for SIU PET 2016:
An aspirant seeking admission to the Ph.D. program must have any one of the following eligibility requirements:
Must have master’s degree or equivalent in the relevant subject with 55% marks from any University recognized by Association of Indian Universities (AIU) in India. (SC/ST candidates will get 5% relaxation in marks). OR
Master’s degree or equivalent in any subject with 55% marks and a minimum of five years of work experience, in the area of interdisciplinary research in which admission is being sought. OR
M.Phil with 55% marks or equivalent grade/CGPA Score.

Exam Pattern
The entrance test is given in multiple choice questions for 75 marks. The time duration of the exam is for 1 hour 30 minutes. Paper shall comprise of the following sections:
