According to the new strategy of business by the Sony mobiles, it will plan  regionally for the growth. The term CAGR is used in the Xperia Blog for the same. CAGR stands for Compound Annual Growth Rate.

The company, however, preserved the markets of Ais Pacific Regions and Latin America region markets. The company will lend its focus on high value-added segments and develop various models with variations.

One of the reasons for the decision to defocus in the Indian and Chinese markets is the level of competition in entry and mid-level mobiles range. Hopefully, at least the higher end smart gadgets might be available in India with the Sony tag. India is considered as the second largest market for mobiles after China.
